To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Consumable goods cannot be returned without a specific fault. If you are unhappy with your coffee, please get in touch with us at hello@rosslyncoffee.com and we will do our upmost to resolve any issues.

We will accept returns of any equipment or faulty goods. Equipment or merchandise must be returned unused in its original packaging. Non-faulty goods must be returned at your own cost and you must provide evidence of having returned the item. 

Gift Vouchers are ineligible for return.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
